Oyster Mushroom Production Update

Update: Ramification Stage at Green Farms

At Green Farms, our oyster mushroom production process continues to make excellent progress as the mushroom bags enter the ramification stage after four days of packaging.

Ramification is one of the most important stages in mushroom cultivation. During this phase, the mushroom mycelium spreads throughout the prepared substrate, creating the foundation for healthy mushroom growth and future harvests.

This process requires:
• Proper environmental control
• Clean and hygienic handling
• Careful monitoring of humidity and temperature
• Quality organic substrate preparation

Our goal is to produce fresh, nutritious, and high-quality oyster mushrooms using sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.

Oyster mushrooms are highly valued for their nutritional benefits, including:
Rich protein content
✅ Essential vitamins and minerals
✅ Low calorie value
✅ Immune-supporting properties

Green Farms remains committed to promoting modern agriculture, food security, and sustainable farming solutions in Cameroon.
